About Peptide Calculator

Peptide Calculator is a small set of free, browser-based tools that do one job: turn the numbers on a vial label into an accurate syringe measurement.

What the calculators do

The peptide calculator converts a vial amount, a water volume and a dose into U-100 syringe units. The peptide reconstitution calculator solves for the water volume instead, and the peptide dosage calculator adds dosing frequency and vial supply. The retatrutide peptide calculator applies the same math with retatrutide presets, and the TDEE calculator estimates daily calorie needs with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.

How the formulas are checked

Every result comes from three published relationships: concentration equals mass divided by volume, volume equals dose divided by concentration, and a U-100 syringe holds 100 units per millilitre. Each calculator is tested against hand-worked examples, including the ones printed on its page, whenever the code changes.

Results are shown to a sensible number of decimal places, and doses per vial are rounded down so the tool never promises a dose the vial cannot deliver.

What the calculators do not do

They do not recommend compounds, doses, schedules or suppliers, and they cannot check whether a product is genuine, sterile or legal where you live. Those questions belong to a licensed healthcare professional. Please read the medical disclaimer and our privacy policy.
